Certificate in Homeopathic Medicinal System (CHMS) is a one-year program. Homoeopathy is a form of alternative medicine which treats disease with small amounts of remedies that trigger the body’s natural system of healing. Eligibility Criteria for Certificate in Homeopathic Medicinal System (CHMS)
1. Candidates who had opted for Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as their core subjects in 10+2 or equivalent qualifications can apply.
2. The aggregate score to get admitted to DHMS college is 50%. However, the qualifying percentage differs from institution to institution.
3. There is an age limit prescribed by a few institutes that provide part-time degrees.
4. According to some institutes, a candidate’s age should not be less than 17 years.
5. Candidates should have aggregate marks of 40% to 60% in the undergraduate degree.
Admission Process
1. Admission shall be made on merit on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or in the entrance examination or any other selection process as per the policy of the slate Government/U.T. Administration and the University.
2. Some private colleges and deemed universities perform their counselling process by conducting their university-level entrance exams.
3. Finally, based on the overall performance in entrance exams and personal interviews, colleges offer admission to the selected candidates.
